Hartwig, 88, of Lisle, IL, formerly Naperville, IL, Jan. 14, 2002, beloved son of the late Fred F. and Bertha, nee Ladwig, Hartwig; loving husband of Eleanor, nee Lahr, Hartwig; dear father of Louise (Robert) Scurr and James Hartwig; fond brother of Mary Wagner, late Helen Barkow and late Ruth Ritzert; cherished grandfather of Heather (Dave) Boyd, Joe (Lisa) Hartwig, Todd (Rachelle) Scurr, Brian Scurr and Dan (Allison) Scurr; and great-grandfather of five. 1936 graduate of North Central College, Naperville. Employed by Kraft Foods in Chicago as their International Production Manager, retiring in 1975. Memorial Service Saturday 11:30 a.m. at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 117 W.
