Lilyan C. Cherones, nee Kalamatas, formerly of Wauwatosa, WI. Born to eternal life Jan. 21, 2002 at the age of 81. Dear mother of Andrew W. (Kay); loving grandmother of Stacy and Alex. Mrs. Cherones is preceded in death by her husband, William J.; a son, John C.; and brothers, Dr. James and Tim Calams and Chris and Ted Kalamatas. Lilyan was a world traveller and enjoyed golfing. She belonged to the Westmoor Country Club, volunteered her time at the hospital and participated actively as a lifelong member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Friends may visit Friday at the funeral home, 4 to 8 p.m. with Trisagion Service at 6 p.m. Celebration of Mass Saturday 9 a.m. from Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 9400 W. Congress, the Rev. Fr.
