For all the whiners who complain about what it is costing the American taxpayers to help Israel survive terrorism, how do they feel about taxpayers’ money being used to reconstruct Afghanistan (“$1.5 billion pledged to aid Afghanistan,” News, Jan. 21)? And $1.5 billion is just a down payment.
