Norman Fettner, age 79, Founder of Fettner Construction Co. in Highland Park, Holocaust Survivor, beloved husband and life companion for 55 years of Fay, nee Liebman; loving father and teacher of Rita (David) Welbel and Mark (Marilyn); adored Zadie of Jonathan and Jessica Welbel, David (fiancee Ryan Cohen) and Brian Fettner; dear brother of Isadore (Jean), Brenda (David) Huss and the late Leon (Frieda) and two siblings preceded him in death during the Holocaust; cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews.
