From the two-story penthouse and its deck atop this 74-year-old Art Deco condominium building at 707 W. Junior Ter., you can see Evanston to the north, O’Hare International Airport to the west and the broad expanse of Montrose Harbor and Lake Michigan just to the east. (Another structure blocks views to the south.) Like the rest of the 12-story condominium building, the penthouse, inside and outside, was designed and is decorated in a Spanish style that calls to mind Hollywood of the 1920s.
