Attorney and Judge Ferdinand “Fred” J. Zeni, Jr., 77, passed away February 9, at Northwestern Memorial Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer. Survived by his wife, Betty Joy Wagner Zeni, formerly of Flossmoor, IL; two sisters, Mary Sartor of Tebbets, MO and Catherine Domian of Affton, MO and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday at the Michalik Funeral Home, 1056 W. Chicago Ave. (corner of Chicago & Ogden). Funeral 9:15 a.m. Tuesday. Mass 10 a.m. St. John Cantius Catholic Church, 825 N. Carpenter. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ferdinand J.
