Dorothy Ciucci, of Elk Grove Village for 20 years. Prayers will be said for Dorothy Ciucci, nee Santini, 88, at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Rd., Elk Grove Village. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Julian Eymard Catholic Church, Elk Grove Village. Born in Italy, she passed away Monday, Feb. 11, 2002 at her home. Interment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Dorothy was a former seamstress for Oxxford Clothing, with 40 years of service. She was also a volunteer for 20 years at Alexian Brothers Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Celso J. Ciucci; loving mother of Bob (Mary) Ciucci of South Barrington and Gloria (the late Ralph) Leischner of Elk Grove Village; dear grandmother of Timothy (Deanna) Ciucci, Carl Ciucci, Jennifer (Alec) Lilowitz and Matthew, Julie and Mark Leischner; greatgrandmother of Jack and Luke Lilowitz; and sister of the late Bruno (Lena) Santini and Maria (the late Vittorio) Santini.
