Jerry James Dusek Sr., 81, of Lindenhurst, IL, passed away Jan. 9, at Odessy Hospice, Peoria, AZ. He was born in Chicago, IL on July 10, 1920, the son of the late Alois and Marie Dusek. He was an employee of Gunthorp Warren Printing for many years before his retirement. He enjoyed golf and fishing. He was also a resident of Phoenix Manor in Arizona. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Evelyn; and three brothers, Louis, George and Richard. He is survived by his children Jerry (Patricia) Dusek Jr. of Naperville and Diane (Teo) Ramirez of Lindenhurst; his grandchildren Kimberly and Zachary Dusek, Renee, Margaret and Rori Ramirez; many nieces and nephews; his sister-in-law Rose Dusek; and also by his longtime companion, Agnes Chapman. He was put to rest at Bohemian National Cemetery, Chicago, IL.
