Kevin D. Kane, 51 years, beloved son of the late Joseph and Marcella, nee Moriarty; fond brother of Joseph, Patrick (Mary Beth), Mary Clare (Bruce) Johnson, Helen (Pete) Donaghue, Marcella, Bernadette (Cody) Cole and Colleen (Tony) Mathe. At peace after a short bout with cancer and a private 32 year battle with diabetes. A west sider “Iron Worker and Harley riding cowboy”. He was a generous soul loved by many and greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to numerous to mention. We are all happy he has reached a safe haven. Memorial Mass Thursday February 21 at St. Andrew Church, 3546 N. Paulina at 3 p.m. also a Mass Friday February 22nd at St. Mary’s Parish, 312 Lincoln Ave., Woodstock IL, 815-338-3377, at 10:30 a.m. Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
