Dr. David S. Levy, M.D., 98, Feb. 17, 2002, a provider of family medical care for over 50 years from Edgewater Hospital and his north side office, beloved husband of the late Dorothy, nee Goldberg, and the late Ruth, nee Lowe; devoted father of Gerald J. (Ellin) Levy, James S. (Jane) Levy and Wayne Lowe; loving grandfather of Doug (Patti) Levy, Jill Belconis, Brian (Diana) Levy, Joseph (Ellen) Levy, James and Jon Baraglia and Derek Lowe; great-grandfather of 10; predeceased by nine siblings, Dr. Levy is survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services Wednesday 10:30 a.m. at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd. (at Church St.), Skokie. Interment Westlawn Cemetery.
