Donald “Donnie” Dillman, of Chicago, died Monday morning, Feb. 18 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Born Dec. 4, 1945. He was an electrician by trade and was owner of Bernie’s Tavern “across from Wrigley Field”. His passions included a love for the Chicago Cubs and perfecting his game of golf. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Linda; and two sons, Jeff and Tim; father, Bernie (Pat); and brothers, Richard (Lori) and Bernie Jr. (Rhonda); mother-in-law, Lorraine L. Grazier; sisters-in-law, Tiny (Jimmy) Sullivan and Charlene (Tony) Markovich; and last but not least, many loving nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Florence, nee Nelligan, Dillman. Funeral Friday 8:45 a.m. from Muzyka & Son Funeral Home, 5776 W.
