Oliger W. “Ollie” Howell, 93, of Vernon Hills, formerly of Arlington Heights, beloved husband of the late Francis Howell, nee Alamshah; unconditionally devoted father of Patricia (Doug) Howell-Broxham; dear brother of Ruth (late Pat) McCoy; fond cousin of Lila Helme; uncle of many nieces and nephews.
