The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will hold information sessions next week in Lisle to explain the technology to be used to clean up contaminated soil at Lockformer Co.

Agency representatives will be available from noon to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Lisle Public Library, 777 Front St.

Private wells at homes south of the metal fabricating company’s Ogden Avenue plant have been contaminated with the organic compound trichloroethylene, or TCE.
