When Internet invaders clutter e-mail with unsolicited lures, that is an invasion of privacy. When telemarketers make calls to homes to hawk wares or services, that, too, is an invasion of privacy.
If these entities want to sell goods and services, let them advertise on radio, television, outdoor advertising and newspapers, and stop disturbing the public’s privacy.
The right to privacy was a sacred concept for our founding fathers; let us preserve it by eliminating the illegal flooding of our cyber space with frivolous ads.
