Anna Dolgach, 88, died of a stroke Tuesday, Feb. 26, in her Hanover Park home. Mrs. Dolgach was born in Poland and raised in Whitestone, N.Y. In the late 1950s she spent several years working as an administrative assistant at Renzoni, a food manufacturer in Flushing, N.Y. Mrs. Dolgach married in 1933 and became a homemaker. She moved to Hanover Park in 1983. In her spare time Mrs. Dolgach enjoyed crocheting, cooking and walking. “She would walk everywhere in Hanover Park,” said her daughter-in-law, Sheila. “I think there isn’t anyone that hasn’t seen her walking.” “She was outgoing and had many friends,” said her son, Nicholas. Other survivors include a sister, Mary Kovsh; three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Martin Funeral Home, 333 S. Roselle Rd., Roselle. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Marcelline Catholic Church, 822 S. Springinsguth Rd., Schaumburg.
