Bernard P. Gushman, 93, of Barrington, IL, who retired as an accounting supervisor after 48 years with the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad, died on Sunday, February 17, 2002. He was the beloved husband of Beryl R. Gushman; devoted father of Patrick Gushman of Falls Church, VA; preceded in death by his stepson, Frank Arado, of Lynxville, WI, who died of cancer in 1991; he is also survived by many loving grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and greatgreat-grandchildren; and by his cousin, Sister Felicia M. Earnest, B.V.M., of Port Charlotte, FL. A private funeral mass was held February 20, 2002, at Transfiguration Church, Wauconda, IL, with interment at Wauconda Cemetery.
