Rose J. Fredberg, nee Cappellano, 74, of Laguna Nigel, CA, formerly of Palatine, IL, died on Saturday Feb. 23, 2002. Loving wife of the late Sam Sorci and Knute Fredberg; cherished mother of Richard, Constance, Michael, Pamela, Elizabeth, Adrian, Anthony and Kay; dearest grandmother of 13; kind great-grandmother of five; devoted sister of 12. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 16, 2002 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at Montclaire-Columbian Funeral Home, 6901 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago.
