Peter W. Gianopoulos, 70, of St. Charles, IL. Peter entered the hospital on Jan. 14, 2002 and passed after a long illness on Feb. 7, 2002. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carolyn, nee Kitcheos; daughters, Linda (the late Ed) Shreck and Janet (Bill) Davie; his loving granddaughter, Julie Shreck; his loving sisters, Ann (Peter) John, Phyliss (Deno) Afendulis and Niki (Sam) Vastis; many loving nieces and nephews. An antique dealer for many years, since his retirement from A&P Food Stores. He and his wife operated Carole’s Coach House Antiques of St. Charles and Glen Ellyn, IL, the Northwest Suburban Antique Shows at Harper College. He was laid to rest Feb. 10, 2002 at Prairie Cemetery, St. Charles, IL. Arrangements by YursWittenberg Funeral Home of Geneva, IL.
