CareerBuilder Inc., the Tribune Co.-Knight Ridder Inc. joint job-listing venture, promoted three executives from its HeadHunter.net acquisition.
The new chief executive is Robert M. Montgomery, former HeadHunter CEO. Matt Ferguson, who worked with Montgomery at HeadHunter, was named chief operating officer, and Mary Delaney was made chief sales officer. CareerBuilder completed the HeadHunter purchase last November.
