Frances C. Foote, 66, of Treasure Island, FL, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2002 after a long illness. Born in Chicago, she came to St. Petersburg in 1983 from Oak Lawn, IL, where she was a public school teacher in District #123 for many years. She was a graduate of Cardinal Stritch College in Milwaukee and was a member of St. John Catholic Church, St. Pete Beach. She was an avid golfer and also served as a guardian ad litum. She is survived by two brothers, Gregory Foote of Indianapolis and Bernard Foote of Calumet City, IL; four sisters, Trudy Riordan of Tierra Verde, Mary Jane Comnier of Treasure Island, Alice Cloonan of St. Pe- tersburg and Patricia Davis of Fairfax, VA; and several nieces and nephews.
