Johnston, 97, of The Presbyterian Homes, Evanston, formerly of Park Ridge and Des Plaines, March 2, beloved husband for 63 years of the late Frances Cira, nee Abbinanti; loving father of Margaret (Robert) LeFevre, Dr. William K. Johnston Jr. and Dr. Robert G. (Judy) Johnston; cherished grandfather of seven; dear great-grandfather of six; fond brother of Christine LaRoche. His friendly smile, words of encouragement and helping hand will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
