My initial shock at reading the Tribune’s endorsements for governor, which marginalized the pro-life position, has settled into sorrow. I had hoped that the Tribune would not consider supporters of abortion rights worthy of support. Why do we wonder at the cruelty we witness as the slaughter of the innocents is multiplied daily?
I hope that the voters will consider the right to life for every human being to be the first right as our founding fathers so clearly intended.
