Our American values and traditions have always dictated that experience is the best qualification and dedication for America as well as Illinois.
Two events in my lifetime have given credence to these values: Pearl Harbor, Dec. 7, 1941, and Sept. 11, when we as true, dedicated and committed Americans came together for the very best for all America and Illinois.
