If I were a European, Asian, African, Australian or anyone waiting in line, attempting to enter the United States through legal channels, I would wonder about the American sense of fairness. Allowing millions of illegal Mexicans to be rewarded for breaking the law is an example of how to become an American by not doing what is right (“House OKs bill to help immigrants get residency,” News, March 13).
