With the recent issuing of student visas by the Immigration and Naturalization Service to two of the Sept. 11 terrorists (“INS gaffe prompts calls for inquiry,” Page 1, March 14), don’t you think it is time Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft starts paying attention to the horrible mismanagement of the INS instead of worrying about covering up the nudity of statues?
