Eric David Healy, age 30, of Palos Hills, died in an auto accident on Sunday, March 17, 2002. Eric was a graduate of Stagg High School (1989) and the University of Illinois in electrical engineering. Eric was employed by Ameritech in the Technical Support Division. Eric was a quiet, thoughtful young man with a gentle spirit. He was a strong support for his mother and brother through difficult times. He loved to travel, but music was his greatest passion. He played tuba and trombone in the Southwest Community Band and the Tinley Park Arts Olive Band. Eric was an active member of the Morgan Park Baptist Church. Eric was loved and cherished by his mother, Judy, nee Crothers; brother, Mark and late father, Tom; he also will be missed by his great-aunt Ambrosia Smokvina, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation Thursday 3 to 9 p.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens South Funeral Home, 11333 S. Central Ave., Oak Lawn, IL. Funeral service Friday. Lying in state at Morgan Park Baptist Church, 11024 S.
