Charles Schettko, age 53, died peacefully on March 17, 2002 of thyroid cancer. Interment was privately held. Survivors include his wife, of almost 30 years, Linda; his children, Michael, Brooke, and Tanya; his brother, John (Linda); and nieces, Tabitha and Tiffany. Chuck graduated in 1966 from Ridgewood H.S., worked for 32 years in the printing industry, and spent several years as an Assistant Scout Leader for Troop 81 in North Aurora. He came to know the Lord and was baptized in July of 2001.
