Rose Manning, nee Dugo, age 84, of Streamwood, beloved wife of the late Arthur; loving mother of Barbara (John) Liberty, Ronald (Joyce), Diana (Robert) Lee, David (Jean), Kenneth (Nancy), Gerald (Patsy) and Tom (Ellen); dear grandmother of 28; sister of Natalie Muscarello, Marie Muscarello and Joseph Dugo. Rose was a Sunnydale Elementary School Library volunteer for many years. She was honored in 1998 with the Cook County Medal of Honor for volunteerism and the establishment of Rose Manning Day in Streamwood. Visitation will be at the Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 485 S.
