In the March 17 edition of Other Views, Don Muret wrote to thank the Tribune for focusing on Iowa’s Big Ten tournament upset and not “another disappointing Illinois tournament loss.”
I also would like to thank the Tribune for focusing on Illinois’ dominating performance in the NCAA tournament rather than running a feature on the most disappointing team in college basketball this year, the Iowa Hawkeyes.
I sincerely hope the Hawkeyes and their fans enjoyed watching Illinois’ NCAA tournament run from the comfort of their homes.
