Athletics: Oakland’s Barry Zito hit Geoff Jenkins with a pitch above the right elbow in a 9-2 loss to Milwaukee in Phoenix. It’s the second time this spring Jenkins has been hit by Zito. “He’s a friend of mine,” Zito said. “I don’t like to see a guy I know get hit.”
