Elbert, of Redington Shores, FL, formerly of the Chicago area, Veteran of WWII and retired Vice President of the Harris Trust & Savings Bank in Chicago, loving husband of the late Louise, nee Funke; father of Bill Elbert and Gayle Durkin; grandfather of three; and brother of Philip Elbert and Donna Elbert. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2002 at Williams Bay United Church of Christ in Williams Bay, WI. Burial took place in East Delavan Cemetery.
