I was offered a job at Andersen 15 years ago. I turned it down because of the elitism people there referred to as the Arthur Way. Now that many of them face unemployment due to the greed of a few leaders, the Arthur Way apparently includes whining.
Thousands of equally blameless employees in other companies have lost their jobs due to the actions of inept and/or corrupt leaders. But they’re not taking their whining to the streets.
