Future school brawls such as the one that erupted between the kids from two rival neighborhood schools, Songhai and Curtis (“19 kids hurt, 23 charged in elementary school brawl,” Page 1, April 5), could be avoided if the following policy were implemented: Any kid caught fighting on account of school rivalry would be transferred to the rival school for the balance of the school year.
