Phyllis V. Macindoe-McCrehan, age 72, of Lake Wylie, SC, formerly of Naperville, Lake Bluff & Lake Forest died on April 10, 2002. Mrs. Macindoe was born October 25, 1929 in Grand Rapids, MI. She attended East Grand Rapids H.S. and Florida Southern College. Her daughter Lynne L. (Philip) Karmin of Highland Park, IL. She will be fondly remembered for her love of family, friends, travel and animals. She enthusiastically embraced all that she did. She is survived by her best friend and husband William Macindoe; and her other daughter Carol (Terry) Parker of Knoxville, TN; and three grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her first husband John E. McCrehan; her parents Robert A. and Bernice M. Vos; and her sister Marilyn V. Cole. A memorial service was held in Lake Wylie, SC. Private Interment will be in Grand Haven, MI. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Orphan of the Storm, Deerfield, IL. M.L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, Clover, SC is serving the family of Mrs. Macindoe.
