Charles W. Mondel, 81, of Naples, FL, died April 19, 2002, in Naples. Formerly of Chicago, where he retired from Dean Foods. He was a veteran of WWII, U.S. Army. He is survived by his loving wife, Gabriella; children Ronald Charles Mondel and Carol Ann Mondel, both of Chicago; sister Helen Boshma of Mt. Prospect, IL; brothers Joe Mondel of Tarpon Springs, FL and Paul Mondel of Chicago; granddaughter Doreen Fischer; and great-granddaughters Allyson and Anastasia. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bruno. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday April 24, 2002, 10 a.m. in Naples, FL, followed by inurnment at Marco Island Cemetery.
