Adolph Morris Waldman, age 78 (Feb. 2, 1924 – May 1, 2002), for 37 years beloved husband of Eve; loving father of Sherry (Michael) Sturch, Jeff (Dayna) and Henry (Helene) Waldman; cherished grandfather of Dan, Jennifer and Ryan Sturch, Alex, Jack, Nicki and Douglas Waldman; devoted son of the late Edward and Betty, nee Berger; adored grandson of the late Dora Berger. Mr. Waldman graduated from Marshall High School, served in the Air Force from 1943 until 1945 in Burma and for many years was a well known tavern owner of Sams and the Normandy. He resided in Palm Springs for the past 25 years. Memorial services Wednesday, May 8, 2002, 1 p.m. at The Piser Chapel, 5206 N. Broadway, Chicago. Info. 773-561-4740.
