Thomas O. Cook, age 63, of Wilmington, IL, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2002. Born July 26, 1938 in Chicago to the late Charles and Phyllis, nee Westenfelder, Cook. Received his Master’s in Business Management from the University of Chicago. Employed for the past 40 years and a current C.E.O. of National Casein Co. in Chicago. Member of Ducks Unlimited, the NAAHC and the Lions Club of Chicago, of which he formerly served as President. Beloved father of Dr. Louis “Ted” (Dr. Rhonda) Cook of Morris and Attorney Deborah (Tom) Porter of Aurora, IL; loving grandfather of Rachel and Chris Porter, Scar and Billy; and dear brother of David (Deborah Kerr) Cook. Preceding him in death was his wife, Therese V. “Terri”, nee Laurence. Cremation rites were accorded. Private services will be held. R.W.
