Groundbreaking for the Progress Credit Union headquarters building is scheduled for noon Wednesday. The headquarters, now in downtown Chicago, will move to 29W710 Batavia Rd. in Warrenville when construction is completed in October. The office in Warrenville also will relocate to the new building.
