If the Chicago Cubs continue for the rest of the season at the present pace, they will end the season with approximately 54 wins and 108 losses. It is time for a shakeup.

It is time for manager Don Baylor to voluntarily step down or be replaced by the powers that be. The Diamondbacks took a broadcaster out of the booth, made him a manager, and the rest is history. Steve Stone, one of the most knowledgeable baseball men, is available, and is my candidate for the position of Chicago Cubs manager.
