Eleanor Hooper, nee Abel, died May 12, 2002 suddenly in St. Louis. Resident of Chicago. Loving mother of Sheryl Hooper Folena and Richard Mittel; dear sister of Rose (Marty) Sheehan, Raymond (Clara), Rita Abel Anderson, William, Robert “Buzz” (Rhoda), Dolores “Dolly” (Bud) Chipman, and Herbert; grandmother of eight; great grandmother of one; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews; and a good friend of many. Her special friend, Sondra Babb will miss her. No visitation. Interment private.
