I can’t help but wonder–What if there was a band of Christian soldiers holed up in a mosque in Mecca, leaving discarded food and waste everywhere, defiantly holding their ground by force of arms? Would the Muslim world stand as mute as the Christian world, as one of its holiest shrines was used as a political outhouse?
