Survived by three sons, Timothy E. Leavy, Shawn C. Leavy, Jacob M. Leavy, all of Seymour, IN and three daughters, Julie M. Roberts (Rick), Pisgah Forest, NC, Kate Lynn Leavy, Arlington, TX and Tina Wright (Jack), Seymour, IN; seven grandchildren, Daniel, Heather, Nicholas, Cameron, Austin, Shane and Suzzie; great-granddaughter, Taylor Elizabeth Leavy; brother, Russell Leavy, Blue Island, IL and sister, Margaret Rita Leavy, Midlothian, IL.
