Funeral Thursday 9 a.m. from The Hennessy-Nowak Funeral Home, 400 Pulaski Road (154th St.), Calumet City, to St. Victor Church. Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mr. Wisowaty served the people of Calumet City for 38 years, most recently as City Treasurer 1981-1999, when he retired. 1982 became a Certified Illinois Municipal Treasurer. Former Alderman in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wards. Retired industrial engineer at Ford Motor Co. with 36 years service. Former president (1 year) and member (3 years) District 215 Board of Education. WWII Army Veteran. Member of Ehinger Bros. Post #8141 V.F.W., past Commander and member of Calumet Memorial Post #330 American Legion, member of Kiwanis Club and Club Amsac, Thornton Township Senior Citizens, former Little League manager, a Democratic Precinct Captain and 3rd Degree Member of Coronata Council #3806 K. of C.
