Mary E. Doody, age 92, of Lansing, formerly of Riverdale, passed away Tuesday, May 28, beloved wife of the late Frank; loving sister of Eileen (Walter) Sukta, Daniel (Eileen) Boyce, the late James (Marie), John and Roger Boyce, Margaret Boyce, Catherine Fratto and Agnes McGinnis; fond aunt, great-aunt and greatgreat-aunt of many. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 1, at 8:30 a.m. from the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, to St. Ann Church for Mass at 9 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2 to 9 p.m. Mrs. Doody was retired from Illinois Bell after 47 years of service. She was a member of the Gold Star Widows of World War II and was active at the Senior Citizens Center of Riverdale. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lansing Paramedics.
