Eddie George Johnson, 85 years, WWII Veteran, participated in Normandy Invasion, beloved husband of Lorraine B., nee Brabec; father of Sharon (Robert) Smith and Randy (Darlene); cherished grandfather of Erik (Jill) and Joshua Johnson, Adam, Sara-Rebecca, Johanna and Ariel Smith; great-grandfather of Abigail and Madaline Johnson. Interment private. Memorial Service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Third and Michigan, Elmhurst, IL, Saturday, June 8, 2002, 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
