Angelo G. Riforgiate, age 92, formerly of Wheaton, IL, passed away Tuesday, June 4, in Ann Arbor, MI, he is survived by his wife, Rosemary, of 63 years; one daughter, Margaret (Willard) Bass, of Connecticut; two sons, George (Anita) and Robert Riforgiate, both of Illinois; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Lena Eubanks of California; one brother, Lawrence Riforgiato, of Illinois; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Riforgiate owned and operator West Side Erectors, was a member of the Elks for many years, a lifetime member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners and Millwright Local No. 1693. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, June 8, from 5 to 8 p.m. After the visitation, cremation will take place. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
