I would like to see all media stop referring to the terrorist attacks simply as “nine-eleven.” In my mind it sounds like a buzzword that trivializes what happened that day. I’ve never heard the attack on Pearl Harbor called “twelve-seven.” The magnitude of what happened will be too quickly forgotten if we continually refer to it simply as “nine-eleven.”
