I got very scared when I read Molly Ivins’ dire warning about the effects global warming will have in the next 20 years (“Bush too cool on global warming; Say goodbye to the climate as we know it,” Commentary June 6). Then I remembered these same things were predicted 20 years ago, and should have already happened.
