As an insurance agent myself, as well as a consumer, I think that insurance companies are doing an injustice to their longtime clients. Trust is a very valuable thing and this industry has lost its trust due to cancellations and skyrocketing rate increases.
When the markets stabilize, it will be the insurance companies that will be begging us for business, and our answer will be, “you no longer qualify for our programs.”
