Howard M. Graff, 88, retired General Manager of Inland Steel’s Raw Materials Division, formerly of Lake Forest and Northbrook, died Monday, June 10 at the McGaw Care Center of The Presbyterian Home in Evanston. Beryl D. Graff, his wife of 62 years, died in 1999; he leaves four daughters, Deborah, Jane, Marcia and Barbara; and nine grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22, at 2 p.m. at the Elliott Chapel of The Presbyterian Home, 3131 Simpson St., Evanston.
